Service Cancellation Policy

As interior design services are customized and personalized, our cancellation and refund policies are designed to be fair to both parties while protecting the work and time invested in your project.

Consultation Services

Initial consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice or fail to attend a scheduled consultation, a cancellation fee may apply. Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.

Design Services

Once a design project has commenced, cancellation policies apply as follows:

  • Before Project Commencement: If you cancel before we begin design work, you may receive a full refund of any deposits paid, minus any non-refundable consultation fees.
  • After Project Commencement: If you cancel after design work has begun, refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed. You will be charged for all completed work, and any remaining balance will be refunded.
  • Completed Projects: Once a design project is completed and delivered, no refunds will be provided for design services rendered.

Project Modifications

We understand that design preferences may change during a project. Minor modifications to the design plan are typically accommodated within the original project scope. Significant changes that require substantial additional work may result in additional fees, which will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.

Product Returns and Exchanges

If we assist you in purchasing furniture, accessories, or other products as part of our design services, the following policies apply:

Products Purchased Through Third-Party Vendors

Products purchased through third-party vendors, retailers, or manufacturers are subject to their individual return and exchange policies. We will provide you with information about return policies for products we recommend, but we are not responsible for the return policies of third-party vendors.

Custom or Special Order Items

Custom-made items, special orders, or personalized products are generally non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Please review all custom orders carefully before finalizing, as changes may not be possible once production has begun.

Standard Products

For standard products that we source on your behalf, return eligibility depends on the vendor's policy. We will assist you with returns when possible, but final approval rests with the vendor. Return shipping costs, if applicable, are typically the responsibility of the client unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.

Refund Processing

If you are eligible for a refund according to this policy:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14-30 business days of approval
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used
  • Processing fees, if any, may be deducted from the refund amount
  • You will receive confirmation via email once the refund has been processed

If you are not satisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us directly to discuss your concerns. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and professionally. Most concerns can be addressed through open communication and reasonable accommodations.

Complaint Process

If you have a complaint about our services:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of the completion of the service in question
  2. Provide a detailed description of your concern
  3. Allow us 10 business days to investigate and respond
  4. We will work with you to find a mutually acceptable resolution

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, supplier failures, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule services or provide appropriate accommodations when possible.

Warranty and Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our design work. If there is an error in our design plans, specifications, or recommendations that results from our negligence, we will correct the error at no additional charge. However, we are not responsible for:

  • Changes in your preferences or requirements after approval
  • Issues arising from products or services provided by third parties
  • Damage resulting from improper installation or use of recommended products
  • Natural wear and tear or damage from normal use

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or recommendations.
